Content creator with over 5 years experience in SEO, blog writing, visual design, and audience engagement. I specialize in creating emotionally engaging content that builds trust through short form and long form videos, blogs, newsletters, and livestreaming. I have great experience with content creation and video editing that I continue to grow on as it is always evolving.
I’ve managed websites through WordPress and Dreamhost and Bluehost, designing branded content in Canva, and maintaining consistent audience interaction.

- Includes blog content, branding, and audience focused messaging. I designed this website this month so it’s in the beginning stage. Mainly to be a landing page for taking custom video request and education.
Recent Postpartum Care Checklist to be able to attach to a Newsletter to encourage sign up. Blog posts pertaining to moms would have the option to have this as a downloadable to print at home. These were completely designed from scratch using canva. (This is a good example of what is great to attach to newsletters. I would like to make them very informational and helpful so people are excited to get them and the "freebies"!)
Current 365 Analytics for the Tiktok page I manage for my ASMR that has grown to 40,000 followers in two years. Even with a small focus on content, post views exceeded 1 million. I have learned much more over the last two years about encouraging engagement, video ‘hooks’, video pacing, and more. I would love to operate a Tiktok page for your practice and believe it could do very well. I have also grown Youtube to 5 thousand subscribers in a few months.
RECOMMENDATION FOR CONTENT AUTOMATION:
I use repurpose.io for scheduling out content and highly recommend it. There is a code if still active would take it to about $250 per year I believe. This saves a significant amount of time. It takes content from one platform and puts it onto all others.
COPYRIGHT MINDFULNESS:
I am well versed as well in copyright. Ensuring anything used in videos are allowed to be used for commercial purposes to ensure there are no restrictions or suppression of the content.
CAPCUT PRO:
I have capcut and canva pro and have used them both for years. Across you can see basic editing with captions. I do have a green screen as well and a 4K sony camera and professional Rode mics and recording software.

ASMR product demonstration for brand. ASMR is meant to be quiet and sound based or with whispers. This is why the content is quiet. For your content, it would be an opposite approach. I will work on a sample video of what I think would work well for your content. I’m also okay filming, editing, and creating content/shorts on your behalf or to advertise your content if desired.

Through my own journey, I have learned so much of how trauma affects the brain and functioning. I have also witnessed firsthand the positive impact therapy can have on people’s lives. I am inspired by what you are doing and would love to be a part of it and helping you diversify and expand. We could do Newsletters with polls, freebie downloadables that go along with your courses, and more. The possibilities are truly endless with the business you have.
I would love to pull your website in a bit more tighter. Less information on one page as too much info can cause much to be overlooked. If you do not have it already, highly recommend a Tiktok. If you feel repurpose.io would be a good fit, I can plug in all your social medias and create new accounts wherever you do not have them and automate the workflow to have a single post go everywhere at once. Could connect X, Facebook, Tiktok, Pinterest, Instagram, etc. Pinterest would be huge for the blog portion of your content, but they have also recently expanded more into short form video content as well.
I would love to put together some informational/educational clips with therapy tips/insights. Targeting the general public and “solving” their issues can help with growth. For example, a video about ADHD that gives 5 tips how to structure your day when you wake up to ensure a productive day from the beginning. Or, “This is where I see people struggle the most with ADHD and how you can overcome it”, “5 Best Natural Coping Mechanisms for Stressful Days”, “How to de-stress in 5 minutes with these simple mind reframes/redirects”.
That is a few content ideas I think would do well. You want to create content people want to save for later to reference and have a CTA at the end to encourage comment participation. I could assist with content scripts, or if you want text only videos can do that as well. Although, people prefer the personal approach. Then, I can clip info from the video and turn it into an Instagram carousel. We could test and see what performs best with your channels.
