Feeling Tired? Check Out These Daily Bible Verses

Tired? Try Jesus.

With the chaos of the world, it’s hard not to go through day-to-day feeling tired. The NY Post had an article that stated forty-two percent of Americans start feeling tired as early as noon, according to new research. The survey evaluated the daily habits of 2,000 Americans and found 65 percent said they rarely wake up feeling rested and energized. Whether you are tired from lack of sleep, hectic work schedule, or maybe, you simply feel tired of doing what is honorable. Whatever reason you may feel tired or in what way, God is always here. His word promises us rest.

Find New Strength in Him

Sometimes we need to be reminded of that. I’ve compiled a list of daily Bible verses to help carry you through these days no matter what is making you feel tired. I pray these verses will provide you the strength to keep pushing forward on those days you feel weary. His word says those who trust in Him will find new strength. Please share with someone who you feel could benefit from being reminded of God’s promises this week and find strength in Him.

Don’t grow weary in the world, but grow strong in the Word.

Prayer:

Dear Lord,

Today I find myself feeling tired and weary. I know during these times I can lean on you for strength. Thank you for reminding us in your word that we are not alone and if we keep pursuing what is honorable and good we will reap a great harvest. Lord, help us not to tire and find rest for our minds and souls. I give you my burdens for you are in complete control and there is peace in that. I give praise to you for all my blessings and your daily grace for when I fall short. Provide me the courage to spread your glory and grace with anyone that needs to know and hear your word today.

For yours is the Kingdom forever and ever,

Amen!

All proceeds will go to maintaining and growing our outreach to reach as many lost souls as we can. As well as, assisting, giving, and volunteering within the community to help those less fortunate. All of this isn’t possible without you. I ask if God places it on your heart to give, to pray over it, and give with a joyful heart knowing it will be helping grow His kingdom. More than ever Christians need the support of fellow believers.

We often are more inclined to spend $5 on coffee that’s gone in moments than to help grow God’s ministries. Do your part by helping your community. If you are unable to assist financially many are always in need of volunteers. There are so many ways to give and I think you’ll be amazed at how fulfilled you will be. You are going to reach and help more sinners outside the church than you ever will inside the church. We are all called to witness and spread the gospel. Don’t grow complacent in your church pew. Get out there and save someone’s life today. You’ve got God and God’s got this!
