Prayer for Baby

Dear Lord,
Thank you for blessing me with something so special as this. I pray for protection and health to surround my baby as it grows. Keep Your hand on my baby every step of the way. I plead the blood of Jesus all over this child to protect it from any evil.

Please bestow your wisdom and love on this baby for all the days of its life. I know that you knit this baby together and that every intricate detail is a product of your incredible creation. You knew this baby before I did, and have its path and future secured in Your will.

Keep this baby under your protection while it grows, learns, and adapts to this ever-changing world. May this child always seek You and Your kingdom first. I pray for an abundance of joy, good health, and love to surround this baby all the days of its life.

My greatest desire is for this baby to know You. Help me guide the baby in the direction it’s supposed to go according to Your Will. Surround this child with warriors in Christ that will always be praying and guiding it along to serve You and spread Your Word.

I know this child would not be here if it weren’t for You and You deeming it so. Thank you for this abundant blessing of joy. Give me the strength and wisdom needed to raise an amazing child of God.

Thank you for a beautiful, healthy, loving baby. Though I know there will be challenges, I know this baby is a huge blessing from You, and I will cherish it all the days of my life.
